Welcare Industries Spa (hereinafter the “Company”), with registered office in Milan, via S Giovanni sul Muro 18, 20121, is the Data Controller and is actively committed to safeguarding your personal data. The Company undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations on data security and protection (Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, No. 196), also to ensure secure, controlled, and confidential browsing. PURPOSES AND PROCESSING

Your personal data has been provided and will be processed solely for purposes strictly related and instrumental to the use of the services offered by our internet platform, specifically:

1. for contact requests;

2. for creating your profile on our web platform for the purpose of purchasing our products online;

3. for receiving our newsletter and informational material regarding our products.

To create your account, with a view to consulting our e-commerce site and making possible online purchases, some personal data will be requested, which will be processed solely for the activities covered by the company purpose. 2.1 Contact request
We collect your personal data (name, surname, and email address) in order to respond to a contact request and possibly to complete an information request. Mandatory fields are marked as such because, in those cases, we need the data to process the request regarding the reasons for your contact. Your data will be retained for the time necessary to respond to your request and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years for contractual purposes; 5 years for commercial and marketing purposes. These data are and will be processed solely to respond to your request and to pursue further compatible purposes if any.
The data will be processed using electronic and paper media, exclusively by authorized persons (employees, collaborators, interns), and will be retained for the time needed to process and respond to your request and subsequently, where there are no administrative and/or contractual reasons, for a maximum period of five years. During the entire retention period, the data will not be disclosed or transmitted to third parties.
Providing your data is optional. However, failure to provide even part of the data expressly required for the purposes indicated above will make it impossible for our company to respond to your contact request.
By accepting these terms, the User authorizes the company to collect, communicate, and transfer their personal data within the limits and for the purposes indicated in this notice.

2.2 Purchase of Welcare products
Welcare Industries S.p.a., through its platform, allows you to consult its product catalog and purchase items online. In this regard, when placing an order, Welcare will process your personal data within the limits of the concluded contract, transferring them to duly appointed/authorized parties in order to process the order and ship the purchased goods. Mandatory fields are marked as such because, in these cases, we need the data to process the registration purpose, and it is not possible to complete the registration without such information. After the execution of the contract, the use of your data will be limited to further purposes for which consent has been given. Your data will be retained for the period prescribed by law unless you have expressly consented to further and different use and, in any case, for no less than ten years for contractual reasons. We reserve the right to use the data beyond what is specified above, within the limits permitted by law.

2.3 Newsletter and informational material
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your data to regularly send you our newsletter via email following your provided consent. In the context of sending the newsletter, we store the contact data you provided and retain them for the entire duration of the relationship with Welcare Industries S.p.a. The data transmitted will therefore also be processed for sending you communications, advertisements, and notices regarding the services offered. Moreover, each promotional communication will include the option to opt out your email or postal address from such messages.
Refusing to receive promotional communications will not result in the automatic deletion of your data, which will be retained to enable access to the website or other requested services.

The information you provide will also be used by the Company for market research aimed at optimizing the development of this website. 4.1 The data will be mainly processed using electronic and IT tools and stored on both electronic and paper media and any other suitable medium, in compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to the Technical Specifications on minimum security measures, Annex B of the Privacy Code. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access, for example:

• We adopt internal procedures to ensure physical data protection and security

• We adopt various measures (backups, antivirus software, encryption, firewalls, etc.) to ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access.
